Residents must be 18 years of age unless residing with a parent or legal guardian.

From the downtown area: Take W. Friendly Avenue. Cross over Guilford College Road and Westborough will be on your left.
From I-40: Take Guilford College Road EXIT (#213) towards Guilford College, cross over W. Market, and Westborough is approx .5 miles on your left.

Utilities?

Westborough provides water and sewer. Residents connect and pay for: electricity, gas, telephone, and cable. (See our Moving Checklist page for utilities’ contact information).

Laundry Facilities?

Eight (8) facilities are located on-site. Talk with a member of our team about our apartment homes with washer/dryer connections.

High-Speed Internet?

Cable and DSL available through AT&T or Time Warner Cable.  (Go to our Moving Checklist page for more information.)

Need to use a copier, fax, computer w/ Internet?

Offered free as a resident service available in the Westborough office.  (See our Amenities page for a complete list.)

Patrol Service?

National Security Associates (336-282-4336) patrols the Westborough community through the evening hours. The patrol service is available to assist residents with minor issues. For emergencies, dial 911 to contact the police.

Pets?

Yes. Size limitation is 75 lbs. when fully grown. Maximum of two pets per apartment home—with a total combined weight of 75 lbs. We do not accept aggressive breeds.  Please ask if clarification is needed. A photograph of your pet is required as part of the application process. Pet fee: $200 + Pet deposit: $100 = $300 total.  We also include an additional $10 Pet amenity rent for our lovable dogs.

Parking?

Westborough offers over 786 parking spaces throughout the property for 501 apartment homes (all unassigned).

Three-Bedroom Apartments?

Teacher or Military Discount?

Yes, we have both. Contact a member of our team for details.

Demographics?

Two bus stops are within walking distance.
1) Directly in front of our W. Friendly Ave entrance.

Nearest Post Office?

From Westborough, turn right onto College road.  Travel 0.5 miles to W. Market Street and turn left.  The Post Office is one block down, on your left  (336.315-0286).
Directions:  5704 W. Market St.

Nearest Banks?

BB&T, SunTrust, Wachovia, and Bank of America are within walking distance. NC State Employee Credit Union is a short 3-minute drive.  Many other banks (too numerous too mention) are within a 5–10 minute drive radius.

Grocery stores?  Shopping centers?  Where to eat?

Good choices are all within one mile.
